“The Hand of God” (La Main de Dieu)
Impressionistic Bronze Sculpture
By Auguste Rodin (1840–1917)
Size: 8”H x 8”L x 8”W, 15 Lb.

Own a faithful recreation of one of the most philosophically profound and visually arresting sculptures in art history. Inspired by Auguste Rodin’s monumental masterpiece, “The Hand of God” (also known as The Creation) is a striking metaphor for both divine creation and the physical act of artistic sculpting.

The composition is breathtaking: a massive, highly detailed right hand emerges from a rough, unformed block of earth, gently cradling a pair of swirling, half-formed human figures (Adam and Eve) as they are molded into existence. The stark contrast between the smooth, delicate curves of the emerging figures and the rugged, deeply textured mass of the hand and stone base is the hallmark of Rodin’s genius. This museum-quality reproduction is a deeply moving statement piece perfect for a luxury library, home gallery, or corporate office.

This NEW bronze statue is hand finished and cast in the traditional Lost Wax Casting Process.
