Jesus Christ stands upon a rock, his long flowing robe gracefully entwined around him. He pulls a large cross close, almost as if it were an antenna, drawing in and sending out the divine energy of his soul.

With eyes gently closed, he appears to take a deep breath inward, finding peace that he will bestow upon the world in infinite blessings. At his side rests a humble sheep, attempting to climb onto his lap but instead settling with its leg resting upon his thighs.

This tender detail symbolizes both devotion and trust, reinforcing the message of Christ as the Good Shepherd. The composition captures a balance of strength, serenity, and compassion in one moving moment.

This handmade bronze sculpture was crafted using the ancient lost-wax casting method and finished with a warm brown patina for lasting preservation. It is mounted on a black variegated marble base, bearing the signature of the artist Valli, making it not only a devotional piece but also a collectible work of fine art.
